  This request came in from a barn owner in Creal Springs!  His barn is being built this fall and he wants the BQ ready s the contractor can install it.  A prototype of the project is in the background of the second picture. The styrofoam is to keep the panel from getting scratched and the smaller pieces are for me to kneel on as I paint.  Don't want to leave knee depressions in the aluminum composite panels.

What a GREAT class this was!  Almost 5 hours for everyone to finish, but great fun!  

  Ignore that yellow smudge...    Read that paragraph!!   This explains that paint typically dries to the touch in 30 minutes...   4 hours to recoat and 30 days to fully harden.   Think about that!  30 days to harden.   That's why panels seem to stick together when you stack them against each other...   I put my panels out in the sun for a full day when I finish painting them.  Let the sun speed the drying and curing!!
